This easy salad makes a healthy addition to any picnic or gathering.
- 1 - quart jar Kitchen Kettle Three Bean Salad
- 1/2 cup Kitchen Kettle Garlic Herb Jelly
- 4 - teaspoons olive oil
- 3/4 - 1 cup Feta cheese crumbles (depending on your preference)
Drain the three bean salad in a colander overnight in the refrigerator. The next day: in a blender or food processor, combine Kitchen Kettle garlic herb jelly and olive oil. Place bean salad in a bowl, pour garlic herb jelly mixture over beans and mix well. Add Feta cheese crumbles and stir gently until combined.
