Delicious blend of Sesame and garlic for your next pork tenderloin meal.
- 1/4 cup Olive Basin Toasted Sesame Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tablespoons KKV Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1-2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
In a small bowl, whisk together the toasted sesame olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, and pepper. Pour in to a resealable one gallon plastic bag. Add pork tenderloin and seal. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
To Cook: In a 350F oven: In a greased baking dish, place tenderloins in dish, pour marinade over and roast for 45-60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145F.
To Grill: Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloin on grill for 20 – 30 minutes, basting with marinade the last 5 minutes. Use a thermometer to determine doneness: it should read 145F. Discard remaining marinade.
