Creamy cheesecake topped with Kitchen Kettle fruit syrup...does it get any better than this?
- 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 t vanilla extract (optional)
- 9" graham cracker crust
- Your choice of Kitchen Kettle Red Raspberry or Blueberry Syrup
In large bowl, mix gelatin and sugar, add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Pour into prepared crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with Kitchen Kettle's delicious Red Raspberry or Blueberry Syrup.
