This recipe was presented at the 2011 Rhubarb Festival!
- 1 ilb. Ham Loaf Mix, shaped into 4 small loaves
- 1/4 cup Kitchen Kettle Rhubarb Jam
- 1/4 cup Kitchen Kettle Jalapeno Jam
- 1/4 cup Kitchen Kettle Pineapple Jam
Place ham loaves in a greased 8"x8" baking pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Mix together the jams. Glaze the tops of the loaves. Continue to bake the ham loaves for an additional 20 minutes, glazing every 5 minutes.
*If your unable to purchase ham loaf mix, you can prepare it as follows:
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground ham
a cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup milk
Mix all of the above ingredients as you would for a meatloaf. Shape into 8 loaves.
