A hot, spicy but healthy dip!
- 1 can Garbanzo beans drained & rinsed
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Garlic Herb Jelly
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup Kitchen Kettle Hot Pepper Relish
Combine beans, lemon juice, Garlic Her Jelly and cumin in food processor, process to desired smoothness. Add scallions and hot pepper relish. Garnish with sliced black olives if desired and serve with pita wedges.
