This summer favorite comes from our past Guest Chef Cooking Series. The perfect dip for grilled veggies!
- 4 zucchini or yellow squash - grilled & sliced in circles or sticks
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 jar Kitchen Kettle Horseradish Mustard
- 3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
Combine sour cream, Kitchen Kettle Horseradish Mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion powder. Blend well and refrigerate.
Grill zucchini to your liking and serve with the horseradish vegetable dip. You can also serve with fresh vegetables.
