A tangy, sweet sauce which originated with Barry and Linda Carper. You probably met them in the Jelly Room sales floor.
- 1 cup Kitchen Kettle Tomato Jam
- 1/2 cup Kitchen Kettle Pepper Relish
- 2 tsp. Kitchen Kettle Orange Marmalade
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Combine ingredients. When stir fry vegetables and meat are ready, pour glaze over stir fry. Simmer several minutes and serve. This mixture serves well as a basting for ham pr as a condiment for hamburgers.
