Try this holiday spin on bruschetta!
- 1 box/bag Bruschetta crackers
- 1-8 oz. container Mascarpone cheese
- 1-10 oz. Kitchen Kettle Rhubarb Jam
- 1/4 cup Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Relish
- Fresh Cranberries
Spread bruschetta with mascarpone cheese. Mix together Rhubarb Jam and Cranberry Relish. Dollop onto cheese Top each with a fresh cranberry.
