A deliciously warm appetizer, perfect for the holidays!
- 1 wheel Brie Cheese (8-12 oz)
- 3/4 c. toasted chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Orange Marmalade
Remove rind from the top of the cheese wheel using a sharp knife. Leave the rind on the sides and the bottom. Place in a shallow pie plate or casserole dish that is slightly larger than the Brie wheel. Spread marmalade over the top of the Brie wheel and sprinkle with the toasted pecans.*
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from casserole dish and place on a serving plate. Serve with apple and pear slices or crackers.
*To toast pecans, place pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350-degree oven for approx. 10 minutes until toasted.
