Baked brie with sweet red pepper jam - a delicious appetizer without a lot of work!
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 - 8 oz. jar of Kitchen Kettle Pepper Jam*
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- * Use Kitchen Kettle Jalapeno Jam if you like it hot!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cover wheel of Brie cheese with the entire jar of Pepper Jam. Sprinkle the toasted almonds on top. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
