Vegetable Stir Fry with Peanut Vinaigrette Recipe


A healthy and delicious recipe using our new Peanut Vinaigrette.


  • 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
  • 1 (14-16oz.) bag frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (your choice)*
  • 1/3 cup Kitchen Kettle Peanut Vinaigrette
  • Cooked Rice
  • *Fresh vegetables of your choice, for example, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, green beans, etc. can be used in place of the frozen if desired.
  • -1/2lb. thinly sliced chicken breast can be added to the vegetables. Stir fry in additional 2 teaspoons canola oil first, remove from skillet, and then proceed with vegetables, above.


Heat the canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the stir fry vegetables. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp tender.

Stir in the KKV Peanut Vinaigrette and continue to cook for 2 more minutes or until heated through. Serve with cooked rice.
