A great sandwich wrap perfect for entertaining.
- 4 12" tortilla wraps
- 9 oz. jar Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Relish
- 2-1/2 oz. Boursin cheese
- 8 slices cooked turkey breast
- 3 bunches arugula, cleaned
Incorporate Boursin cheese and Cranberry Relish in a food processor or blender. Spread a think amount on tortilla wrap and top with 2 slices of turkey breast Cover with arugula. Roll pinwheel by folding sides in first and then rolling jelly roll style. Slice approx. 1" apart from end to end. Display on tray.
