A healthy salad perfect for any time of the year.
- 1 - 34 oz. (qt.) jar Kitchen Kettle Corn Relish
- 2 Cups dried black beans
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1/2 Cup Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Olive Basin Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. dried cilantro
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
