| 7 Sweets & Sours Festival, Friday, September 19th & Saturday, September 20th, 2008 Always the third Friday and Saturday in September. We pay homage to Lancaster County’s Pennsylvania Dutch heritage and the bounty of the garden. Join us as we preserve this year’s harvest with a celebration of food, music and dance. This year our baby beets are King. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re in for some lip smacking delights. Sample a bevy of beet inspired creations guaranteed to please. Go deep in our apple bob. Or do a little square dance in the Village square. There’s fun for all and we’re certainly all for fun. Missed this years event?
